Exercise: walked on the treadmill for 26 minutes at 2.0% incline (approx. 1.6 miles)
- smoothie (1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup milk, 1 Tbps. peanut butter, 1/2 cup vanilla Chobani greek yogurt)
- Pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw with tomatoes and a carrot
- pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw (I’m not going to lie- I’m getting sick of pulled pork sandwiches. but I refuse to throw it away! I’m also trying to budget and save money this month, too…Christmas is coming!)
- I know I will have a snack of applesauce and vanilla yogurt later 🙂 that applesauce turned out delicious!
Work: did the In Her Shoes experience. You get a “character”and make decisions as that woman would. That woman is in an abusive relationship and has to go to courts, medical, child protection, jobs, advocacy shelters, etc. It was very interesting and the women that presented it told very moving, personal stories.
