  1. Nature Valley granola bar- 200 calories
  2. Gardettos- 230 calories
  3. smoothie- yogurt, milk, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, almond milk
  4. coffee
  5. 1 pint beer
  6. cheeseburger and fries
  7. soup and salad
  8. cheesy garlic breadsticks (2)

No exercise…day before the 5 K!
