diet:

  1. Breakfast- 1/2 jar of overnight oats (the full recipe was 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, chia seeds, flax meal, maple syrup, 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt)
  2. Carrots with blue container of hummus
  3. 28 almonds
  4. Small salad with French dressing and sunflower kernels
  5. 2 pieces pepperoni pizza
  6. Small bag of chips
  7. One sloppy joe
  8. 1 cup beef quinoa stew
  9. Water
  10. Green tea
  11. Coffee

No exercise… We had a Back to School Night for foster parents and had an awesome turn out!
