- 1 cup chicken chili
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup couscous
- 1+ cup veggies
- salad with cucumber and French dressing
- one can Dasani sparkling lemon water
- 20 oz + 25 oz + 10 oz= 55 oz of water 🙂 (as of 8 PM).
exercise: 15 minute walk. It is HOT. I was at the laundromat and needed to kill some time.
Overall, today was a good diet day! I didn’t realize there were 140 calories in 2 Tbsp. of Kraft French dressing…ooops.
