Diet:

  • 1/2 banana, approx. 1/2 cup strawberries and one slice Raspberry Lemon Zucchini Bread for breakfast
  • green tea
  • Nature Valley Granola Bar
  • 1 cup chicken chili
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1+ cup veggies
  • salad with cucumber and French dressing
  • one can Dasani sparkling lemon water
  • 20 oz + 25 oz + 10 oz= 55 oz of water 🙂 (as of 8 PM).

exercise: 15 minute walk. It is HOT. I was at the laundromat and needed to kill some time.

Overall, today was a good diet day! I didn’t realize there were 140 calories in 2 Tbsp. of Kraft French dressing…ooops.
