- smoothie- 1 cup almond milk, fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, banana, 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 cup yogurt (breakfast)
- cheeseburger delux and fries for a late lunch
- salad w/ 1/2 a pear, 1/2 avocado, mixed greens, cheddar cheese and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. 1/2 cup couscous and approx 1/2 cup mixed veggie stir fry (bell pepper, onion, brussels sprouts, cabbage, garlic, oregano, pepper, salt, zucchini).
- homemade Zucchini Raspberry Lemon Bread w/ fresh strawberries…so good!
Exercise: did the Zombie 5K run/walk workout for 36 minutes on the treadmill at Anytime. I was proud of myself! Today was a good day! I was in bed by 10 though because I had gotten up so early to go to rummage sales in New Rockford…spent $20 on stuff for my new office and a margarita pitcher/glass kit…:)
