Breakfast: cottage cheese and a nectarine
Lunch: an apple and a ham, cheese, lettuce sandwich on a wheat slender roll (and I used a touch of hummus instead of mayo!)
Dinner: asparagus, green salad with tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and sunflower kernels, and slow cooked Mexican chicken.
Here is the recipe for Slow Cooker Mexican Chili:
3 chicken breasts, one can of black beans (drained), one jar salsa (I used 14 oz), taco seasoning (I used cumin, cayenne, salt pepper). Put it all in the flow cooker and cook for a few hours! I cooked mine from 7:30-5 PM and it was still moist!
Exercise: 30 minute walk while my clothes were in the washing machine.
