June 2nd….

Exercise: none. What’s new?! I did laundry, grocery shopping and talked to my sister.

Diet: Breakfast- two scrambled eggs with one piece of swiss cheese and grape tomaotes

Lunch- Lean Cuisine Spaghetti with Meat Sauce (310 calories)

Dinner- Dairy Queen 1/4 pound cheeseburger with a side salad with ranch (520 calories + 25 + ranch)

Happy Hour with my friends…three pints of beer.
