Exercise: mowed the lawn for the first time this year!!! I love the smell of fresh cut grass. About 45 minutes of mowing, raking, picking up sticks etc.
Diet: For breakfast I had an English muffin with PB and strawberries on top. Snack- peach Greek yoplait yogurt. For lunch I had pineapple and a serving of polenta casserole. For dinner I had a green salad (lettuce, carrot, tomato, ranch, shredded cheese) and 1 1/2 servings of beef polenta casserole. Random- Lindt Lindor truffle, mini butterfinger egg, and 16 oz coffee 🙂
